Peter Reichlmeier founded Seascape Surveys in 2005, and has over 20 years experience as an offshore surveyor and operations manager.  Based in Indonesia, Peter manages PT Seascape Surveys Indonesia and directs operations across the group., Peter now manages the business operations across the Seascape Surveys group of companies.

Margaretta Retno founded Seascape Surveys in 2005, and has over 20 years experience within the offshore industry in Indonesia.  Etta manages the legal affairs, immigration & customs, business development and human resources of PT Seascape Surveys Indonesia.  With an extensive network of contacts, Etta ensures Seascape Surveys complies with all the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia, and is abreast of the latest developments within the industry.

Yusnandar Ahmad   Adrian Horsfield  
Yusnandar Ahmad is at the heart of Seascape Surveys Operations. Having more than 20 years experiences, his work is to ensure that all Business Operations, in the office and the field run smoothly, from the start of mobilization, during project execution and through demobilization on completion. Adrian Horsfield is responsible for the technical and operational aspects of survey projects, and ensuring project specifications are satisfied, in terms of quality, budget and schedule.  Based in Singapore, Adrian is also responsible for equipment preparation and planning, issuing survey procedures, supervision of survey personnel, and QC of final deliverables for projects across the Seascape Surveys group.

Cahyadi Widyatmoko   Mark Longstreath  

Cahyadi graduated with a degree in Geodetic Engineering.  Cahyadi started with Seascape in 2005 as a junior Surveyor and progressed over the years to become Senior Surveyor/Party Chief.  

Given his dedication and passion for his work along with his committment to Seascape, Cahyadi now serves as Seascape's Chief Surveyor.  Cahyadi is responsible for the supervision of surveyors, and manages our surveyors daily activities in the field. In addition, Cahyadi also ensures that surveying data is collected and recorded accurately and that all company procedures are followed by our surveyors.

Mark Longstreath has over 35 years in the commercial diving industry, working with several top-tier subsea service providers.  Based in Indonesia, He joined Seascape in 2013 to expand Seascape's capabilities into air and saturation diving. 

Mark heads Seascape’s diving and subsea services division, bringing with him a full body of experience, and his commitment to diver safety.

Peter Boyd   Brian Wilson  

Peter Boyd has over 24 years experience as an offshore surveyor and ROV superintendent  offshore vessel manager, and offshore construction manager.  Based in Indonesia, Peter is responsible for the management of the SS 'Barakuda', M.V. 'Endeavour' and M.V. 'Resolution' along with having management over Seascape's ROVs (Seaeye Tiger x 2, and SMD Quasar Compact).

Brian Wilson joined Seascape in 2009 after a long career in the survey industry with 11 years in land survey and civil construction, 15 years in dimensional control for the fabrication offshore installations and 12 years in offshore hydrographic survey and construction support.  

Brian has over 20 years experience of living and working in Indonesia and the South East Asia region. Based in Indonesia, Brian is primarily responsible for supporting all commercial endeavours for the entire Seascape Group of companies, which includes overseeing the tendering process, compiling the administration, technical and commercial proposals for submission and responding to requests for quotations from prospective clients.

Norman   Kurt Kozakiewicz  

Norman graduated with a specialisation in HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment). Norman, a paramedic by training, has experience in establishing HSE management systems as per OHSAS 18001:2007.

Based in Indonesia, Norman is responsible for managing the implementation of the Seascape HSE management system across our group of companies, while also continuing to adapt the Seascape HSE management system to client as well as international standards (as updates to such standards are released).

Kurt Kozakiewicz has over 16 years experience in the offshore oil and gas industry, working predominately in the British North Sea Sector as a Senior Dimensional Control Surveyor, as well as having responsibility for ISO accreditation, and establishing quality procedures in line with ISO 9001: 2008, FPAL and ISO 14001 .

Kurt heads up our quality management team and is responsible for overseeing quality procedures, ISO accreditation and ongoing compliance for the Seascape group of companies.
