Darren Morgan   Margaretta Retno  

Darren Morgan joined Seascape in 2015 and has over 20 years of experience in the offshore, deep-sea mining, underwater salvage and nuclear industries within Europe, Australia and South-East Asia.  A Chartered Engineer, Darren is based in Jakarta and is responsible for the commercial and operational aspects of the Seascape business in Indonesia.

Margaretta Retno brings over 20 years’ experience within the offshore industry in Indonesia and was one of the founders of Seascape. 

Etta manages the legal affairs, immigration & customs, business development and human resources of PT Seascape Surveys Indonesia.  With an extensive network of contacts, Etta ensures Seascape Surveys complies with all the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia, and is abreast of the latest developments within the industry.

Fazal Ahmad   Yusnandar Ahmad  

Fazal has more than 25 years’ experience in Survey Industry, both in Topographic and Hydrographic Survey.  Fazal joined Seascape in 2014 taking the lead of the Operations team, responsible for day to day Survey related Operations group wide and actively liaising between the Field staff and Management.

Yusnandar is at the heart of PT Seascape Surveys having more than 25 years’ experience in the offshore industry of which the last 10 years have been dedicated to Seascape, heavily involved with all Business and Project Operations in Indonesia and abroad.

Mark Longstreath   Brian Wilson  

Mark Longstreath has over 35 years in the commercial diving industry, working with several top-tier subsea service providers.  Based in Indonesia, He joined Seascape in 2013 to expand Seascape's capabilities into air and saturation diving.  

Mark heads Seascape’s diving and subsea services division, bringing with him a full body of experience, and his commitment to diver safety.

Brian Wilson joined Seascape in 2009 after a long career in the survey industry with 11 years in land survey and civil construction, 15 years in dimensional control for the fabrication offshore installations and 12 years in offshore hydrographic survey and construction support.  

Brian has over 25 years experience of living and working in Indonesia and the South East Asia region. Based in Indonesia, Brian is primarily responsible for supporting all commercial endeavors for the entire Seascape Group of companies, which includes overseeing the tendering process, compiling the administration, technical and commercial proposals for submission and responding to requests for quotations from prospective clients.

Peter Boyd   Norman  

Peter Boyd has over 26 years’ experience within the offshore oil and gas industry primarily within offshore surveying and ROV operations and encompassing the globe. Throughout his career he has held positions such as superintendent, offshore vessel manager, and offshore construction manager. 

Based in Indonesia, Peter is responsible for the management of the SS 'Barakuda', M.V. 'Resolution' and D.S.V. ‘Mermaid Nusantara’ along with having previously managed the Seascape's ROVs (Seaeye Tiger x 3, and SMD Quasar Compact).

Norman, a trained paramedic went on to gain a Bachelor of Public Health, specializing in HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and has established HSE management systems as per OHSAS 18001:2007 in a number of companies. 

Based in Indonesia, Norman is responsible for managing the implementation of the Seascape HSE management system across our group of companies, while also continuing to adapt the Seascape HSE management system to client as well as international standards (as updates to such standards are released).

Norman is a qualified lead auditor for three management system (ISO,OHSAS and Environment) and also certified NEBOSH for international HSE Practitioner .

Adrian Horsfield   Rob Dennett  

Adrian graduated with a Bachelor of Surveying from Otago University, New Zealand and commenced his offshore career in Asia, then worldwide as Surveyor and Party Chief working for a majority of the survey and construction giants of the subsea industry.

In 2010 Adrian joined Seascape and has progressed through the ranks from: Chief Surveyor, Project Manager, Survey Manager and now onto running the Singapore business unit as General Manager since 2013. 

Adrian is responsible for projects managed from the Singapore base, in addition to overseeing the day to day running of the office and further development of the business unit.

Rob Dennett has over 15 years in the ROV industry, starting his career in the North sea then expanding to southeast Asia working through the ranks from trainee ROV pilot tech to Supervisor, superintendent and finally Offshore Vessel Manager, from their moving in to the office just over 2 years ago.

Rob now manages Seascape Surveys ROV division, technical, equipment and personnel.

Seascape Surveys Thailand – Technical Manager  
Max Strawhorn      

With over 30 years offshore industry experience as Base manager, Party Chief and Electronics Engineer; Maxs’ vessel, ROV and survey equipment knowledge is instrumental in the research, development and maintenance of Seascape products.

Max was among the founding shareholders of Seascape and now leads the Technical Department. Max is also responsible for the Seascape related Thailand projects, office and reporting.
